Spiral Basket Weaver's Journey
Spiral in my friends. Let's weave a coil basket using various yarns, fabric scraps and natural materials. Learn the history of this ancient artform and get inspired with stories, musings and meditation.

Owl Egg Paint Pointillism
Did you know? Homemade egg paint has a glossy-mosaic-like finish. Learn to make it at this who's whootin' event. Draw your own Owl or use our templates. Learn a pointillism mindfulness practice as you paint your points and insights. Make a fun collage piece for decor!
Animal Spirit Shakers
Many ancient traditions teach that each animal offers profound insights and a deeper understanding of oneself, nature, and the universe. When we connect with their essence, our life journey becomes inspired with their gifts. This "medicine shaker" is a divination tool to help you invoke their Spirit within You! These babies are mixed media assemblage pieces using natural and recycled materials. We will use animal oracle cards to assist us.

Peace Wreath
Celebrate Peace by crafting a wreath with vines, grasses, herbs, string and ribbons. Share in poems and prayers from various world religions about peace. May "all beings" enjoy inner peace and ease. May that peace expand into their world and throughout the universe.
Dreams in Bloom
Create a pop of delightful dahlias as a ritual for blooming your intentions, prayers and affirmations to manifest your destiny. This is a guided journey ritual.

We foster creative collaboration between parents and children. Children under 9-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Each person must sign-up for the class.
Art is true therapy for the soul. It allows us to bring out the things we are unable to say in words, offering us a way to communicate what we feel when words are not enough. It improves mental health and well-being.
Ms. Abby has worked with children, teens, adults, elders, multicultural seniors, women in rehabilitation, and the differently abled. She enjoys collaborating with program directors to tailor lesson ideas and brings warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to every class. Known for her easygoing nature, Ms. Abby makes every session a joyful and welcoming experience.
